of your account name, user id, and password. New members
receive a free $1.00 credit to their account. Please note that it may

member of Fax1.com there are three ways to purchase additional credit
for your account. To
purchase credit to your account by CREDIT CARD, merely access your
account through the members login window at the Fax1.com website, click
‘Purchase Additional Credit’, fill out the form, and then click on the
‘Process Transaction’ button. To purchase additional credit by check or money order, simply send a minimum of $25.00 USD to: FAX1.COM Please be sure to include your user id number and logon name that you received in your email account confirmation on your check. I know if it was transmitted successfully? There are several different ways that Fax1.com lets you know the status of sent faxes.

I signed up at the Fax1.com website and never
received email confirmation of my account. When signing up for an account with Fax1.com be sure to enter the correct email address. Fax1.com uses the clients email address to generate an account name as well as transmitting success, failure, and consolidated reports. If you never received confirmation of your account, please contact Fax1.com through one of the means listed below. A7.
Are the faxes I send over the Fax1.com network
secure? Fax1.com uses both proprietary encryption and transport protocols to ensure the integrity of the transmission. Security and confidentiality of our clients fax transmissions is of the highest priority at Fax1.com. A8.
Why weremore pages faxed than what I sent?
If you are using Email to fax,
this will happen when you send the email in HTML or Rich Text Format
and you DO NOT type in the body of the email. If you do not type
in the body of the email, a blank cover page is sent. If you send
your email in Plain Text format this will not happen. If you prefer to send email in
HTML or Rich Text format and you do not want to use the body of the
email as your cover page, you may insert 'c=0' in the subject field of
the email. For example; SUBJECT: pass yourpassword c=0
Whenever you put c=0 in the subject field only the attachment(s) will
be faxed. The body of the email will not be sent as a cover page. A9.
Can I fax a scanned document? More than 50% of the documents that go over our network are scanned documents. When scanning a document for fax please make sure you scan at 100% and in Line Art Mode. For HP multifunction printers, please choose the Output Type 'Black and White bitmap' and Output Resolution '200 dpi'.' A10. How do I set up and use FaxBlaster?

A12. Why hasn't my free trial been activated yet? In order to preserve the secure nature of our system and to prevent fradulent sign ups, free trials are not credited instantly but rather in a queue. Generally accounts are credited very quickly, but occasionally there may be a short wait. If your account has not been credited within 24 hours of signing up please send an e-mail to support@fax1.com with "Trial Activation" in the subject line. A13.
I received an e-mail that my
fax failed and I notice it is going to the wrong country, why is this? The most common reason for
this problem is forgetting to have put a 1 before the number if you are
sending a fax within the United States or Canada. Always make sure to
add a 1 before the area code in this circumstance. A14.
